We’re excited to announce the upcoming Fall 2020 release. As a reminder, our major releases occur on a tri-annual product release cycle. For this release, expect a phased rollout schedule, starting October 29 and ending November 19.
This year we are allocating significant resources to improve the core AdvancedMD user experience with a more unified workflow across all our product tiers. Most of the new features, enhancements and capabilities for this release are designed to enhance your productivity.
You should have received two informational emails notifying you of our upcoming Fall Release ’20. The first introduced our release page and a library of detailed information. The second was an invitation for registration information for our pre-recorded webinar-based training session.
IF WE DON’T HAVE YOU SCHEDULED, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. You will receive an additional email if you have multiple office keys scheduled for a different release date.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a preliminary release schedule and is subject to change. You should always refer to the login system alert as it will reflect your most up-to-date release schedule. Any change we make to your schedule will automatically trigger a new system alert. No further action is required.

Distinctive Hummingbird Symbol
When we set out to create our corporate symbol, we knew it needed to be special. Something unique. Something bold. An icon that would represent our company, our people, our products and services in a way that would set us apart from our competition in a deeply meaningful way – that would resonate on many levels and be more than simply graphically interesting.
It all came into focus when we aligned the distinctive traits of the hummingbird with the distinctive traits that make up AdvancedMD—our people and our customers—a uniquely impactful force. The hummingbird became the iconography we felt best depicts us and embodies so many distinguishing elements that set us apart.

After more than a year of planning and designing, we’ve improved the AdvancedMD blog. You now have an improved experience and access to more than 3,000 blogs we’ve compiled over the past five years that are focused entirely on healthcare topics. These topics range from billing, EHR, practice management, HIPAA-compliance, MACRA/MIPS and many other topics.
Each blog is easily digestible (kind of like graffiti with punctuation) and contains multiple links to more information on related topics. You can check out the most popular and most recent posts, filter by topic, information about each post author and share any post via social media or to your co-workers via email. We encourage you to share them to your business and personal social accounts, as it’s a way to engage your patients and increase your online presence and brand.
